When reporting a power outage, please provide us with the following information:
- Your name and surname
- Your contact number
- Full street address of premises affected
- Description of your outage or fault
You will then be provided with a reference number via SMS. To follow up on the reference number please contact our Contact Centre on 080 311 1111 or email us at electricity.faults@durban.gov.za, 24/7.
Please note: Power restoration times vary, depending on the nature of the electrical fault incurred.
